Tamarind Cottage rests on a magical garden bluff, beside a natural water course with lush plantings of tropical trees. Its elevated location lends a cool, “tree-house” feeling with its garden setting surrounded by shady trees and flowering plants—gardenia, frangipani, tamarind, mahogany, palm and fern. Steps lead you from the cottage doorway down through the garden to the breath-taking sandy white beach and pristine turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea.
Two large king size bedrooms each with their own private en-suites, are complete with remote air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The kitchen/living/ dining area of the cottage is open plan, relaxed and casual with cool floor tiles, old coral stone walls, and pickled timbers. The feeling is open and breezy with jalousie style shutters throughout. We have decorated simply to accentuate the beach house style.
A spacious wrap around verandah completes the tropical setting where you can enjoy endless days, reading, napping, and dining under the stars.
